Hoping for answers from people who have done this. I know there are professional teachers out there, wondering if there are any on this site.

I don't really remember how I 'learned'. I think it was when I was 'just friends' with girls as a teenager. Very hard to seperate te value of practical intuition from the technical jargon I've been exposed to since. I'm usually of the school that experience and mindset is everything, but you can't experience things for someone else or change their mindset for them.
