Zone, I understand what you're trying to say with leaning in. If you lean in to someone, you can invade their personal space and they may feel uncomfortable or intimidated.

However, I think a lot of us feel leaning in allows for a greater sense of intimacy and its just a matter of how and when you do it so it doesn't come off creepy or invasive. A lot of it is confidence.
