if ur looking for peace and happyness then you may want to take inspiration from elsewhere and weave it into ur life. i would say that the most happy and peaceful people in the world r highly likley to be not outgoing in the slightest. thats not to say however that people cant find it in being outgoing or a pua or whatever...
