Think I know the cause, I basically fucked up seeing this girl, we had an intense week last week but Friday night I acted very chodey and it was weird.. I know I fucked it up but a small part of me wants to try and get it back on, I hate giving up on something. 
I’m supposed to have a day 3 with another girl tonight and a f close has been explicitly communicated by her but I don’t know if I want to as I feel so drained…
The effort seems like a mountain to climb at the moment, and im tired.

Perhaps an idea would be to slow down, and ask yourself, why does it feel like work instead of rejuvenating pleasure?

However, personally I believe it is because you see this like work instead of pleasure, and that you´re as such not really allowed to take a break.
