Her post was stupidly worded and yes if you look at it technically she was referring to herself, but that's not how the vast majority interpreted it and I don't know if you ever tried this in public but when someone gives you a comeback and everyone in the room who hears it goes 'oooh' and laughs, the winning response is not "err, well technically speaking you were referring to yourself" to the applause and laughter of no-one.

She might be a sad little emotional child manipulated by the media into ridiculous public outbursts and weirdly celebrated for her combination of ignorance and emotion, but she fired and shot and it hit, which is why Tate felt the need to make a reply video (which he wouldn't have done if he hadn't been affected by it).
