Its not always as easy as that though, as its amazing how your past influances your mind. I know the first time i tried an approach i took one step and froze and it almost felt like someone had stuck their hand in my gutt and was squeezing my stomach. Thankfully hypnotheraphy fixed that and changed several other things as well as a side affect.

Now as you say, it's just a case of having that intent and following thorught with it.
