I do 5 - 10 random approaches just to get warmed up then i go in to beast mode.

Some thing about the warm up makes my confidence go sky high then i approach every girl and dont care about anything.

The secret to approaches is do 5-10 warm up approaches first then your game starts.

Also must be well rested 8 hours sleep and stomach full.

If you approach tired and hungry girls can sense it in your mood / body language / voice tone etc nothing will work good.
