My tip man, is BE CAREFUL! She may look good in a photo but that's no guarantee she will look the same in real life.
Obviously, if you have met her before and you know she's hot, and you wish to persue her, I would say exchange phone numbers and communicate that way, rather than through facebook. You will built rapport with her much faster in a phone call than through text/emails etc, making her more likely to give you a positive response to asking her to meet up with you.
You don't have to plan out what you are going to say in the conversation, as long as you have a vague idea of a few conversation topics and aren't just going to breathe down the phone like some crazy stalker!
You'll find that when on the phone with a women, you'll get to a point when you hardly say anything because she won't shut up anyway. This is a good sign!
