I have had trouble getting and maintaining an erection when having sex with my gf.
i am a slim 21 year old, not sure hwat the problem is. Read a book by Aaron spitz where he recommended not watching porn, a plant based diet and kegel exercises.
I'm sure it's partially psychological but wondering if you had any experience overcoming a similar problem, or thoughts on his recommendations?
