I have had trouble getting and maintaining an erection when having sex with my gf.
i am a slim 21 year old, not sure hwat the problem is. Read a book by Aaron spitz where he recommended not watching porn, a plant based diet and kegel exercises. I'm sure it's partially psychological but wondering if you had any experience overcoming a similar problem, or thoughts on his recommendations?

Simple recommendations-
-Heavy compound based weight training 3-4x pw -Consistently 8+ hours sleep. -Different condoms, Skyn are great. -Watching less porn, and if you associate things like 'loud' girls from porn with getting off, then try and introduce your girlfriend to it. -Not listening to plant based bullshit, because the science is half baked.

A funny story I have relative to this is from 8 years ago. I lost my mojo, and my dick didn't work.
