I started around three weeks ago now. I was in a long term relationship that ended and my confidence was near enough destroyed. I had read the game a few months ago and never got round to doing anything (its always easier to say to yourself your going to do something than actually doing it!). So for me personally ive found the best way to boost your confidence is to go out and approach. All this week ive just been asking random women in the street where the local cash machine is or if there is a train station near by. This just helps with talking to women.
