Silence is such a powerful thing. They cant stand it so they come back to break it (get rapport first). I cover that stuff in communication for sales is the same for virtually any situation were 2 people are conversing!!

It was good, basically like "wheres the chase and how do i cut to it". although did anyone notice the things he did wrong? Or am i looking into it a bit too much?

deffinatly going to try this now, if just purely for the lolz. I know jaz wasnt particularly impressed with it but i think going into situations with the "i dont give a fuck what it makes me look like" attitude is something i need to practice more. The less inhibitions i have the better. Sharks rule! (Cheers for that analogy blanca lol)
