Long time reader, first time poster so I thought I would ask your opinion on this opener which I thought up the other day:
In a nutshell you approach a girl and tell her that she has a piece of fluff or dust on her which you straight away brush off (not sure if this would be a bit creepy......) Then I thought you could go into a routine of telling her how one day you were in work and you had potato/sesamee seed or something on your face and how that NO ONE had the courage to tell you about it and then run on from there.
I think that it preferably needs to be a girl who you haven't made eye-contact with yet as it would be odd if she looks at you and then you jump straight into this routine. I know this is could possibly be another form of the prepping opener but I just wondered what you guys thought?
I apologise for the lack of depth in my post. Hopefully they will improve the more I make so that they can be up to the level and go into the amount of detail that some of yours do.

I would echo Kowalski's question and implore you to stop worrying about openers, and get out there and meet some girls. Use this opener, use whatever. Just start conversations and go from there. You'll quickly realise what you open with doesn't count for shit, and that actually a "good" opener is any opener you feel like using.
It's just advice, fellas. Do whatever the FUCK you wanna do

Cheers guys, all very useful advice, I'm pretty new to all this and perhaps I just needed some of you more experienced lads to tell me to just get on with it. I kind of get now that it's all about how you say/deliver than what you actually say that gets results. "101% beef" to quote tebbs, sound advice. Time to take this into the field this week, I'll report on how it went at the weekend.
