affirmations -

i think i spealt this right but im just starting this thread to see if you guys have any usefull affirmations to help with possitive thoughts and thinking...you know something like "i am a success and succeed in all that i do" or "my personality is interesting and for those that i share it with is a gift" and so on...its just there arent many on the net that are associated with pua so maybe you guys could help

I had to memorise a student creed for my last martial arts grading, and I started to use the first three lines as affirmations, though I haven't been using them recently because I'm not entirely convinced that they have any affect.
I believe in myself I am confident I can accomplish my goals If you google it you'll get a shit load of em.

anything you think you are not... find a positive condriction to that and make that your positive affermation, i have many, but these are my own and apply to me :-)
