Just to say to you all, have a very sexy 2013. Stay safe and no catching stds, unless you really have to. Remember, don't suck and drive, pull over at the nearest safe spot. If doing any public displays out of your own home, please don't fall out of the window, otherwise things can get very messy.

Girls, booze, arse, feck... in no particular order

learn to have a good time on a night out without getting wasted.

study and fulfil my ambitions for this year from an academic perspective.

workout more consistently and with more ambition/progression.

I'm going to make a bigger effort to be healthy, stop most of the fast food and using booze as a social crutch..

Push some comfort zones, learn more about myself and just continue being awesome.

Consume less alcohol, aim to sober sarge
Make working out a near obsession
Eat more healthily
Get my career back on track
