As some of you may have read I passed an easy kiss close opportunity on Wed night, followed by me going for the kiss close the following night with another girl and her rejecting me. These two contrasting situations have made me think about how I am going about things.

With the first girl the frame had been set into quite a sexual nature with texts and flirting, and there was no confusion about my intentions or hers. With the other girl I had set that frame initially, but then allowed this to slide into mere comfort building and 'chat'. The whole thing had dragged on over a matter of months, and I did not take action until too late.

Thinking about the way things stand with a few of these girls, I can now see how some of the girls I have in my phone book have literally got bored of it all. A few of them were mega interested, as I had showed ballsiness and told them straight I found them hot upon meeting them. However there was no follow up to this. I created comfort with them, met them, then created further comfort... and where does this leave me? Either the friends zone or them assuming I'm seeking a relationship.

So the lesson as I see it? I need keep my eye on what I want from these girls. I need to maintain what my intentions are, and act upon those intentions. If the girls aren't with that? Well I need to find ones who are.

When it comes down to it, more so with girls you've recently met, the idea of excitement is enough will keep them interested. The problem is how to maintain it and not let it slide into as you put it so eloquently with quotations: "chat".
