Yeh. The PDF material is very useful. It's more of cultural movement than it is a self help book, it's about re building the base of the boat rather than applying a few band aids.

The pdf really provides a great deal of clarity in relation to a number of issues I've previous raised and tried to discuss on this forum.

yes, the guy who runs it is very forward & over-emphasizes with the videos and dealing with feminists on the site.
