Yesterday I watched the film Peaceful Warrior.

It was recommended to me by a friend who also suffers from depression and said it was a very good film that helped him a lot. So I gave it a watch.

I found it to be a very good film that made a lot of great points about self-help/self-discovery as well as value, ability, reaction and improvement. I would recommend to people in the PU community to help release anxiety and really think about what you want/need.

At the end of the film it mentions how it's based on a true story and that the main character, Dan Millman, is an author. So I looked him up and what he does. I'm upset to say that he is a self-help guru with audiobooks, ebooks and all that kind of thing that really spoilt the message and integrity of his message for me as looking around his website it just looks like a money spinning venture that although may work for some people, is as ultimately corrupt as PU self-help.
