I just noticed someone on my facebook asking for a gym buddy. Now this could be for spotting but I reckon it's more that peeps are afraid to do anything on their own.

anyone got any thoughts on this cos I've noticed this with a lot of peeps that just can't do anything without trying to get someone to go with them.

You know what I've still not been able to drag myself to the gym on my own yet and did ask my neighbour about going down with him. However time just didn' really allow for it so I started doing quick workouts at home and going for walks across town on lunch just to boost some basic fitness as I've spent the last year sat at a desk all day doing nothing.

Its nice to do somthing with somone else,
I always trained at the gym alone, prefered it - but if i were to go to somthing i might feel a bit out of place in its easier going along with somone else
