Is this concept different for men and women? As men think more logically, whereas women more emotionally (or so I read, but it seems true to me)

Perhaps men prioritise things differently to women?

Meant to reply to this a couple of days ago. Keep getting side tracked.

I too find I procrastinate a lot more when unhealthy. Today I am hungover and feel like crap I'm not getting anything done cos of it.

I often set myself challenges (ok do such and such I this space of time) or try or focus on the end goal to get over procrastination. This has worked well with exams and gym in the past.

I find people procrastinate when out 'picking up' because they have AA. Oh lets get a drink first, oh this place has no girls I like lets go somewhere else etc etc. I know I did hence my initial 5 a day challenge. People tend to procrastinate as appears like a lot of effort the task in hand so your mind tricks you into avoiding it.
