Wierd Experience -

Yesterday I had an odd experience that I've never felt before...
I was in the office at work, and I felt ill, like with the flu, hot body but feel cold, headache, nauseaus.. But then I had a wierd view. Like, I was walking through the office, and when I looked around the room, everything seemed so vivid, slow motion, like being truly in the moment (but in a horrible state). I've never felt this before, and it's hard to explain. I'm not sure if it's cos I got the flu, or whatever lol.

Tough to say, these things are subjective and personal. Could be illness symptoms. Could be a glimpse of something, folk get these little shifts in perception when they start to look at themselves and their behaviours properly for the first time. Wouldn't worry or dwell on it, I did both and it got me nowhere although mine went on for some time.
