If you’re reading this on this website then you’re probably the type of player who’s wondered to themselves, “What would learning the structure of language do for my game?”

If so then let me ask you this, can you imagine what it would be like to be able to use words like a magician uses a wand? Just being able to see incredible responses to the words you say, as you say them, eventually getting to a point where you just, “see the code.”

Who would you become if you mastered these skills to that level?

What would you be capable of?

This is usually the point where I’d reveal the product (Syncs patented “Think inches on to your penis!”) and then use dazzling descriptive language that would massage your wants with a firmness of hand that spoke of safety through experience.

Thing is, just as you already think inches on to your penis daily, you already are that magician. You’re already doing that magic! Just like the Construct in the matrix, we took that infinite potential space inside your head and, in mere moments, linguistically built a “you” that had all the qualities of the above, ready to access whenever you want.

You did it, I directed it.

This is the power of language. This is the power you already have.

It reminds me of when Neo wakes in the real world and says to Morpheous, “My eyes hurt.” to which he replies, “Because you’ve never used them.”

NLP & Pick Up

I’ve included the above example as I think it highlights what many people won’t tell you as they’re usually trying to sell you something, creating the illusion that you’re not already that which you choose to imagine and create. There’s very little “new” things you need to learn because the truth is your doing it all the time anyway. It’s more about taking control of what you already do.

I wish I could appear on the screen in front of you, lean out with a cable, plug into the back of your head, download “NLP” and you’d open your eyes and say, “I know Kung Fu.”

Instead I’d like to give you just a few pointers that’ll slip easily into your mind and have a profound affect on everything you do.


NUMERO UNO – To be or not to be - As a man thinketh so shall he be.

One of the few things that that incredible matrix like “Construct” between your ears can’t do is create a negative.

Guns, lots of guns, …that works….

However,

No knives, no explosives, no problems… is a fucking problem.

The construct NEEDS instructions ONLY in the positive. Simple.

“I don’t want be a loser any more” = more loser

“I want to be powerful starting now = Transformation

The more POSTIVE detail you can make, the realer it becomes. (see Numero Duo)

It’s that painfully simple. Before you try and learn any other skill, GET-THIS-DOWN

Example - Think of a problem that you have difficulty understanding. Now describe that problem only using positive language (negations not allowed include not, won’t, can’t, didn’t etc) Better to write it out cause it’s so automatic you’ll prolly even miss the negations you write on the paper until the 3rd read. You will get amazing results and high quality information for your construct to work with.

Course the door swings both way… “Hey HB, do me a favour, whatever you do don’t think about having the most amazing orgasm of your life. Don’t think about juicy emotions rippling through your body till it’s like your skin is crackling with sparks. Never think about that charge building and building to a point where you just have to let it go with a crescendo discharge of pleasure (negation for sticky situations )


NUMERO DUO - Patterning

Open your mind real wide now…

Descriptions MUST include all the representational systems.

VISUAL

AUDITORY

KINAESTHETIC

Be expressive with your body language and voice tone and go through all the rep systems. Make it real.

I was speaking to this guy who wanted to learn how to pattern. I said to him that, when I taught my friend once, it’s important not to get caught up in the little details. A description should involve your whole body, like when you see Italians making big huge body gestures and you’re just able to follow the conversation more and more. I like it when I notice the persons voice modulating all over the scale as they describe emotions, it’s like the words take form from the tone of their voice. I don’t really understand it but before you know it you just find yourself with a good idea of how to communicate what you want by going there first. S’like voodoo or something…

IMPORTANT - You are not a machine – Even the BEST NLPers don’t pattern all the time. It’s something you go in and out of. You’ll take this stuff in at different levels and the more you use it the better you’ll get so don’t worry about getting every technicality right.


NUMERO TRIO - Notice the response you’re getting – You can’t not communicate

Some people are so tied up in their own head that all the information they need to execute is staring them in the face and they miss it. Incredibly, sometimes they even know this but try to find some way round. Ever seen a girl pumping out IOI’s like a squirting muff and the guy is so in his own head he’s missing it all until she eventually walks away with a belief (if she didn’t smell the fear) that, “he didn’t like me.”

This moment is all that is real. Stay with it, cause it’s always moving, follow it like a rhythm cause it’s only from here do you get high quality information. This information will guide your responses. As you talk, notice the response you’re getting. The lovable loser in the above story is probably playing a looped movie from his childhood when some asshole used him as a foot hold. If he could get in to this moment and stay there, or at least change the movie for a better one, he could have that girls ankles round her ears and singing her heart song.


NLP Training

All you guys who have read this and thought, “It’s all well and good reading it but I want it in my motor memory, ready to break out on some chic like a Navy Seal in a bank robbery.”

That will take practice and coaching. If that’s what you think you need then, whatever you do, DON’T go on NLP courses that aren’t geared towards pick up. Run! Save yourself! There are SO many people offering NLP trainings (who don’t know what the fuck they’re doing and are actually fucking people up in some cases) that the market is saturated with low quality courses delivered by skilless new age neurotics. If you can afford it, go on one of the classic NLP pickup courses (course you could always wing with your new buddy Sync…) or buy some NLP pick up material and practice it. Nothing can ever replace your own personal effort.

As ye sow so shall ye reap.

NLP Ethics

Finally, a quick word on ethics. I hear lotsa people saying, “This NLP shit is like mind control, I don’t feel right using it.”

It’s powerful stuff, especially when used with skill. However, I think what you’re actually saying there is you don’t trust yourself to use it. If I have a hammer I can either build you a shelf or I can smash your skull. It’s just a tool, it’s the one who wields it that you should worry about. Whether you become a more efficient goodfella or asshole is down to you.

Conclusion

Obviously, there’s more, there’s always more, you can never learn it all. That was a tough one for me to accept. However, if you get these simplistically slippery principles down, not only will it empower your game but any further NLP principles and techniques you come across in the future will be much more easily understood because you already understand how they work.

Create only what you want, make it real through a rich description involving all the senses and then bring it out in to the now.

You’re doing it already.

I've not really studied NLP in relation to PUA but I keep meaning to get into it.
There's just so many different methods out there!

Hey Sync.. I read your post and it was very interesting. I'm glad someone told it like it is and shared his viewpoint on NLP. I've tried patterning myself and went through a phase of picking up on small details of language almost to the point it made me mad.
I don't really use NLP much when it come to PU but realise how useful it is to know a few nagations, language patterns and a few other tricks like anchoring. TBH I never had the knack of anchoring but still practise regardless.
I like the fact that you pointed out how important it is to be positive about things as I want to be positive in everything I commit to.

I'm curious about how it can add to your tools in the field so to speak as I'm naturally a very positive person.

I've heard of Ross Jeffries and know he's controversial but would like to see what the guys views on this are.
