Yeh. Bunch of people take it as a testosterone booster, feel good stuff apparently. Or so I heard.

what do you mean by trt? theres legal booster supps, hcg (gonadotrophin) injection to stim natural test production, then full on steroidal testosterone injection. the latter requires a lot of effort and planning.

Its the big thing in the states its why the celebs look so young even when they are 70 - and im not talking about plastic surgery

Take stallone for example 60 odd looks awesome, people like madonna etc etc
the concept is age 30 onwards your bodies production of growth hormone, testosterone start to plummet masively -- this is much of the reason we become frail with old age.

Trt is testosterone replacment therapy-- but really the broad version is HRT
Hormone replacment therapy-- but not the one the doc prescribes your mum in tis country which is just estrogen

over in the states your doctor will prescribe Growth hormone and testosterone!
seriously -- ive got a few american female friends-- you would call them cougars because they are 40s, 50s fake tits, workout and take HRT - look totally ripped and have the bodies and faces of 25-30 year olds its ridiculous

regards to what to take and why
suppliments - waste of time, only prescription drugs will do
HCG as max mentioned - is a hormone given off by pregnant women and excreted in their urine (its what a pregnancy kit looks for ) - when injected it causes the body to release testosterone - which is why some Olympic athletes in the past when taken for a drugs test have been told they are pregnant -these were men

wether you do any of this i would say depends on how old you are and why you want to do it?

hcg raises test production, too high a dose and ur natural gonadotrophin production is diminished/damaged. looks like a low dose can be used longterm but estrogen levels increase the more test u have. SERM medication can block excess estrogen but is ineffective longterm. would reco a supplement like pes erase or esto suppress to regulate estrogen as these arent SERMs.
