Doesnt the Law now state that a child conceived from a sperm donor at 21 has the legal right to contact the father (donor)

Ive already got a lesbian couple interested in my sperm i just wanna reproduce and continue the human race i know that they have the right to your details when they turn 18 but fuck it if they wanna meet there biological farther they can if they dont wanna meet their biological then that is also fine.
