u should be bulking before stripping, u need to put weight on if ur bulking, also ur body will just eat at ur muscle rather than fat stores if its over worked.

Day 1 has been a challenge, especially spending a hot day in the Garden, knowing I got nice cold beer in the fridge. But discipline is my middle name. Plus I think I'm sadistic cos the harder something is, the better it feels to put myself through it.

They don't call it a beer belly for nothing, approx 182 kcal in a pint. For those interested in toning up.

I sarge without alcohol, but I do have a few parties to attend this month and sit in the sun with a beer so i'm in.
