Lol trust me mate, from what I read, I'm amongst the most grounded people on this website. I have a pretty good grasp of reality.
Define 'useful'? I talk with the people close to me about what's going on in the world every day, and IMO it allows me to become a more rounded person, and not make unfounded judgements or have misinformed opinions. Being (somewhat) intelligent and communicative has certainly got me laid a fair few times. It's not just newspapers either - its things like wisdom from other, older people and knowledge from other sources of information.
Meditation? Good, but i don't think i need it - I find it easy to clear my mind and not think. Martial arts? Again good, but when have you honestly ever used it? Maybe one time, perhaps never? I have hobbies of my own which I find the time for - I play the drums to grade 8 standard, exercise 6x per week, read a lot, socialise etc.
Again - Asimov quote above. If it's a TL;DR for you then I'll sum it up: it isn't OK to be ignorant.

You said the Daily Sport is a broadsheet. It isn't, it's a tabloid. Anyway the obvious point I was making is red-top vs serious newspaper. Oh look who 'likes' your incorrect post. Yet another derp by Phil.
If you want to discuss something with me then do it, if you want to act like an idiot and derp on every post then just do one mate, there's enough of that on here already.
