House mate Wanted -

Hey guys,
One of the guys in our flat is moving out soon so we will have a room vacant. It's a 3 bedroom flat in Brixton situated between Brixton and Oval tube stops. The room is a pretty decent size, double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The night life in the area is pretty good, Clapham just down the road is good also, only 15mins from Leicester Square (if you like that shite). Rent is £450pcm exclusive of bills. All we ask is: Preferably young professional or mature student Clean up after yourself Considerate to others Help out with buying communal items for the flat i.e. washing up liquid, shit-tickets etc (you'd be amazed how many people can't be fucked to contribute to essential items) Easy going attitude and likes to party! Although we are all into game we rarely talk about it, so if pick-up is your sole reason for being and consumes most of your waking hours then we are probably not the people for you. Cheers

Hey man,
Pretty good timing this! I'm in the process of applying for a job in London. If I get it, I'm upping roots from Liverpool, and I'll need a flat. Closing date for applications is 10 Jan, interviews (if I get that far!) on 13 Jan. If - and its a big if - but if I get the job, I'd definitely be interested in this. Actually I'd bite your fuckin hand off - I was expecting to have to trawl Gumtree and find a bedsit!! Not really sure about my chances of getting said job, but I'm pulling every string I have available to me, and I'm even researching for it already in the hope of dazzling them if I get an interview! I'll get back to you mate...

lol it's ok Loke, we do talk about it every now and then but it's just something we tire of talking about it's just more of a passing hobby. We couldn't knock you for you're enthusiasm.
