Can anyone recommended a good hairdresser/salon in NW/WC London?

I've got medium long hair and I'm fed up of paying £20-25+ at HoB or Toni and Guy for a cut that doesn't really look any good after a shower when it really matters as my hair goes frizzy really easily.

Any recommendations? I'm finding hair is the make or break part of the outer look...

To stop hair going frizzy use Paul Mitchell The Conditioner - tall white bottle sold in salons - and Shock Waves Moussing Wax - sold everywhere.
