Been training for 6 months now, taking 100% ON whey, gluatimes, BCAA's, Multi-Vit & Cod liver oil, Weights 4 times week CV 2, one day off, gone from 11st to 12st and lose 4% bodyfat. Not much else to do at sea though eh

you would have seen that he did a low carb diet for his fat loss diet for competition, I've read it!

I can't got gym early afternoon i have tpo go of an evening, plus meals vary as im on a ship, but my basic diet layout is as follows:
On Waking:
L-Glutamine
Multi-Vit
Cod Liver Oil
Breakfast:
Small bowl of porridge,
2 poached agges and Beans
10oclock:
Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey
Lunch:
Chicken Breast & Soup
(Or healthiest option available.)
BCAA's
3oclock:
Protein Bar/ Shake & Banana
5.30:
Dinner
(Healthiest option)
2 x BCAA's
6.30 GYM
8oclock:
Whey Protein & 20g Carbs
2 x BCAA's
L-Glutamine
Its an average diet, wouldn't say it was perfect, i try to restrict carbs after about 6ish, drink plenty of water, but it gets the job done. I'm Not looking to get huge just in shape.
