So. I am looking to put together a sales training program for a new business i'm setting up in january.
Without going into detail, i know everything i want to put into a training program but i want a program that is already functioning so i can see how they tend to be structured. i can then taylor the structure to meet the needs of how i want it to look.
So!!! does anyone have any sales training manuals that they have had from work.
i remember one that was like a 2 week one i was given in school years ago, every pupil spent 2 weeks away from lessons doing this stage by stage skill set training. Id love to get my hands on somethin like that and just use that structure.
Spit balling here but maybe you could try a local apprenticeship company, see if they can offer you any advise on training structures since all their clients go through training programs, seems only logical that they'd have information on it.

Lol, already got that.
want somethin a bit more commercially driven rather than educationally.
Gotcha. How about trying places like the JC, they are trying to get people to go self employed these days instead of claiming JSA and I know they have teams of advisers to help people get their business running. Surely they'd be able to help you.
I can't remember if its an internal or external careers service, maybe they off load it to the National Careers Service. I didn't take notice of the self employed stuff they were going on about, it didn't interest me but I know they provide long term help for self employed people as I attended one of these meetings myself.
