Only just found this website but it seems really cool. I havent fully checked it out yet but looks promising.

TED: Ideas worth spreading

Just finished this one.

He shows how going for what you want, aiming for the highest, putting in time and using problems as opportunities can get you what you want from life.

I love these kind of videos, they orientate you on your path in life. I have some pretty big plans in life too.

when I first read K's post my pedantry ticked too but I have to admit that you can get some awesome stuff on google talks that work with application and foundations of the material whereas with TED it is more like an introduction or overview...

not that generally longer things are more in depth, just google talks vs TED
