Default Spots - 31-01-2009, 12:43 PM

I'm usually ok complexion wise, only one or two blemishes, but this week I've come out all over, maybe its something to do with the fact I've been drinking tea with loads of sugar in, sleeping 12+ through the daylight hours and doing fuck all exercise and generally slobbing it.

I’ve attempted to rectify this, been doing sit ups and press ups before bed last two days, went to a 2 hour mixed martial arts class today (was really good by the way, had a good sparring session too - will be continuing to go twice weekly I think - plus the gym), I’ve bought some Clearex or some shit and I’ve been eating healthier – less fat and sugar – bar 7 biscuits that I couldn’t help having with my morning tea – I’d been awake for 36 hours by this point trying to sort out my body clock.

Any other suggestions as to getting rid of the spots? They’re almost the worst thing that can happen to a PUA. Totally ward off lasses!

May I point out I don't have acne. And I'm not prepared to do all the things Kowalski said (facemask wtf?) not because I'm a "manly man" and don't want to appear feminine, or rather because I am a "manly man" and I'm too fucking lazy. I've simply stopped indulging and gone back to my old diet and work out - or something similar.

And don't I fucking ache after mixed martial arts! 6 months since I earned my black belt and done fuck all since and my fitness has really dropped off.

Too right , im sure we're all comfortable enough with our sexuality to admit that there's nothing wrong with taking care of your complexion !

Some great suggestions in this thread, specially raising your heart rate everyday. Exercise cleans your blood and the sweating will move the shit your skin absorbs on a daily basis out of your skin, just don't let it dry and cake on your skin by showering straight after.

Maybe tweak them pictures in your head too. When you think of your spots, do you get a picture?

When is this picture from? Is it the one you want?
How close are you to this picture? How zoomed in are you to it?
What would happens if you zoom out, like google maps, and with a "click" lock it into place. What would happen if you changed the light levels, angles and any other criteria to ones that feel good.
How much less of shit do you give about spots now that you control the access and content of the picture you used to worry about.
