Greetings from Rome, Italy Gentlemen.
To introduce, I am TraptinRome (in many other
PUA forums I am registered as AngloRoman), my given name is Daniel-John and I grew up in Bournemouth. I hold a British passport and therefore consider myself eligable to be a part of the UK's leading pick-up artist forum.
I am 27 years young.
I am, at present working as an English Teacher, predominantly in a small town just outside Rome. I also spend about three months a year in Spain and I will be travelling to Seville on the 27th of this month. I therefore pre-warn that I may be delayed in some of my field reports over the Summer.
I discovered the Pick up arts by accident in 2009 whilst preparing a lesson for my students on chat up lines... who would have ever thought a google search would change my way of thinking forever?
I have since studied and read practically every free pick up guide or guru post on the internet. I have also read The Game (Neil Strauss/Style), The Mystery Method, Double your Dating (David DeAngelo). I have also read material from Tyler Durden, Gunwitch, Swingcat and Ross Jeffries/ Speed seduction.
To be clear, I am an not master
PUA at all, far from it. I am however, knowledgeable in psychology and sociology and I Have been working hard at internalising and improving on my game... I consider myself at an intermediate level. In the sense of
PUA politics, I consider myself a neo-style/mystery
PUA, with strong influences from Ross Jeffries, Tyler Durden and some influence from David DeAngelo. A lot of modern
PUA thinking frowns upon the liberal use of negs for example, whereas I am personally a traditionalist in this regard, and I do use them liberally, although I do also feel that it's important to keep them subtle and gentle.
Anyway, any other PUAs that are outside the UK (and from the UK), particularly English teachers who are on a mission to seduce their students (if you work in school that permits socialising with students... or perhaps not), please do get in touch. This situation does provide a unique setup which therefore requires a slightly different approach. I am trying to build on this at present.
Thanks for reading, talk to you all soon
