A bit about me - I'm 30, divorced 6 months ago, spend a lot of time in Liverpool and Newcastle, looking to improve my skills and confidence and hook up with some serious HBs! (That right? I'm new to the game, still learning the lingo!)

I always used to do ok with the ladies when I was younger, now I'm older and a bit out of practice and for some reason seem to be a bit more fearful of rejection. I think I need to modify the way I think so I don't panic and run out of things to say, or at least get some decent routines to set me on my way!
