Hi their im a 19 year old student in london and ive decided that i need to sort my life out before i myself endager it...

I really only have a few friends and have been very depressed, my gp wont refer me to a therapist and matter of fact the only reason im down is cause i dont have the things that iwant: like friends, girlfriends etc. Life gets too boring to live sometimes.

Well my situation is, ive never kissed a girl, never held hands, im not gonna lie im still a virgin etc.

The thing is when i chat to girls i can cold approach but i suddenly get overwhelmed and break down into what you guys call afc mode and i get into the "flight" mode.
