Im 22 and a postgraduate student in Aberdeen and I can safely say I am completely new to this.

I came out of a 4 year relationship to find that I am a little out of touch and approach anxiety is a huge issue so, after a few months dry period, I thought it was about time I picked myself up (no pun intended) and learn how to pick up women. I hope theres some of you guys who can help me in my quest....its time I started having some fun.

Cheers dude, do you have any suggestions as to where to begin learning all this stuff? Theres so much stuff out there and well il be 50 before I know it if I try to read it all.

I like a few different styles but you have to take everything with a pinch of salt. There is some fucking bad advice out there too and a lot of marketing. There are some cool routines in the Mystery Method that are fun to do, but it was designed in Hollywood for a certain type of woman. Neil Strauss is good (for me) and I like Gambler for kino.
Everybody seems to be raging about direct game now, which has it's place. It's quite new to me though so I'm just starting to give it a go too. I guess the important thing is like Phil says: approach lots of women. But do read up and see what clicks with you.

Hi Dude, I am based in Aberdeen too.. Cool to know you are getting this sorted out now..

My advice is just approach women ALL the time (within measure of course).. The more you do it, the better you get at it.. Also, you know what works for you.. The books help too but what has helped more for me is lots of approaches, hanging out with guys with other folks like you and forums like this..
