Cool Heya chaps - 11-06-2010, 09:20 PM

Hey. I'm Matt

I am new to the game.

I have never been socially competant, and have never enjoyed the success I wanted with women.

I recently split up with a long term girlfriend of 4 years, and the resulting emotional carnage made me question my development up to this point. I realise that practically all of my social behaviours were not conducive to attracting women, or keeping the women I had attracted.

My goal is to become socially competant on all levels, and enjoy a good level of success with women. I want to be able to not place women on a pedestal which they do not deserve. I want to become a prize. I want to learn to out manuever AMOGs, and steal girlfriends from their loser boyfriends. I want to master inner game, and I want to be unaffected by rejection.

Essentially, I am here to WIN.

So far, I have taken steps to further my social life. I have an extended social circle, and a full social life. I have made numerous female friends who I am to use to become more comfortable with women, and perhaps as social proof later on. I have bought and studied numerous ebooks and guides from the PUAs out there, and have been trying to learn all I can. I even got a job as a riverboat tour guide to give me something interesting to do, and bring myself out of my shell. I am a different person now, but I still have a massive long way to go. I am still unsuccessful with women, and I want to change BADLY.

So here I am.

I look forward to contributing to your board. It is nice to meet you all.

Many thanks for the kind words guys. I am utterly committed to mastering this aspect of my life. Failure is not an option, and I am willing to do anything to achieve success.

Whilst I am posting, can any of you direct me to a decent resource on mastering your frame? I would like to develop my frame so that my reality is dominant in a social situation. I would appreciate being pointed in the right direction.

I guess it depends on where your authenticity comes from. For example, if I am 100% honest when talking to a girl, I will not be able to hide the fact that I am nervous and shy of her. I often fall into the trap of placing the woman on a pedestal, even when I begin with a good frame and open in an effective fashion.

But I suppose you could also define being honest and authentic as honestly expressing attraction to the girl, whilst using game to cover the social bases and make the interaction positive for her, and give a good outcome for you.

Is this what you had in mind?
