Default Need to check its not just me! - 27-05-2010, 06:28 PM

afternoon everyone,
me and D.styles always go out and sarge hard with good success most of the time, now my problem is i always seem to have a few drinks and once iv opened and isolated, 7 times out of 10 forget to go in for a k-close or more, thats not so say i havent ever taken a girl home or k-closed but more the fact that i seem to forget my goal of getting the girl once iv opened and built attraction, thats 100% down to the alcohol, i find building the attraction easy but iv lost count the amount of times the girl looks at me when i leave as if to say 'why didnt you try it on'
anyone else suffer from this disease or just me? advice and suggestions greatly appreciated and i know that i should stop drinking more but we live in a dead town where its hard to enjoy it! thanks

Welcome!
Yes, you have described a situation I know only too well. Experience will overcome this. Experience and balls.

thanks for the replies.

u2;
i basically answered my own question but definetly agree that its more about slowing it down, think the problem is always start the night with a lot of other lads with drinking games etc and thus such stupidly get involved and get sloshed, think il go easy like u say in future though!!

tw1sted;
glad to see im not the only one! iv got to ask myself what i want more' women or get smashed, and theres obviously only one answer to that

Breeze - when I am Gaming I try to stay reasonably sober because like everything else, drink affects reactions and your thought process and so unless you're an 100% natural and you can do it without thinking then I would say try 1 night without a drink - stick to fruit juice or coke or whatever and see how your results vary. Then you have experienced both ends of the spectrum and have something to compare to; and then can find a happy medium where you can enjoy a few beers but still be able to Game successfully.

Always leave the girls with a positive experience of you; be it after a chat in a bar, a date in town or walking home the morning after.

i hear that advice shark, i may potentially be out this weekend and was thinking of not drinking (due to money rather than wanting to) and think il fare better at sarging as the intent will be there rather than just opening every set that walks past, thanks for the advice and il let you know how it goes

Got any alcohol at home? I always keep an eye on when the supermarkets are doing liquor offers and then get the rum and bourbon when it's reduced, like when the Jim Beam Black was on an offer in Tesco that made it even cheaper than the JB White!

Have two or three before you head out, then you're warmed up and relaxed, limit your consumption while you're out by making sure you stay out of rounds and get your own. Buy something like lime and soda (one of my fave thirst quenchers) but if anyone asks, say there's a vodka in there as well so you don't look like a sober wet blanket that doesn't have fun. Works out cheaper all round, still gets you merry enough to be chatty and stops you getting wasted.

Not drinking when out is quite alright and actually forces you out of your comfort zone. Seemed really odd for some time not having a drink in my hand but you get over it fairly quickly.

This was mostly fuelled by the need to drive to the city rather than paying for a £40 taxi...
