Dear all,

my name is Michal and I am 24 years old. I came to London in September as a postgraduate student. My PUA experience is rather theoretical than practical. I've been fascinated with PUA community for a long time, however I've never found enough courage to overcome my approach anxiety. Therefore I think that is about the time to change it.
My weaknesses includes: not ideal physique (fat), not native English speaker, lack of self-confidence, care too much about others' opinion, and last but not least I don't drink, however I used to and I found it much easier to socialise with women back then.
Strengths: sense of humour, intelligence.

Brutally honest intro.

IMO hitting the gym fixes 3 of your 4 problems and makes the other things fall into place/far less daunting, there is a lot of 'looks dont matter' BS floating around but there is a difference between looking ugly (genetics) and allowing yourself to become fat, particularly if you care what others think.

I got fat while I was successful but I didn't really give a shit or lack confidence at that point so it wasn't really a problem.
