Well just for the record here's my brief story. Seperated at 41 and shortly after discovered pua and read lots of things on various sites and I am now 48 and solidly dating a 29 year old I'm sure mainly because I learnt from pua to trust the techniques I already practiced but just needed confidence of seeing it in writing to do those actions, sometimes exaggerated from what I'd done before but in essence I already know a lot of it. Above all else just be confident in yourself that is the very most important thing. If it's not idea never change yourself too much you'll just resent it.

On reflection a lot of the time it is about working out what the women is like. Some will take time because they are hurt and over protective. Some will make it easy to seduce them as they fancy you. You just need to read the cues and test them, it's not easy but like anything with practice it does get easier to tell.

Get yourself a nice hobby so you can get comfortable talking to any women any age and test out conversations. I believe salsa dancing is ideal, usually female dominated in attendance but I'm sure anything with a healthy mix of women is good to start making and getting used to talking to women and having fun with conversations with them.

Dating a dancer is fab as the women bodies are generally better shape and able to move more so sex with them is at a much better level so really try to dance, it helps in other dance possible situations. In these circles when you get reasonable definitely apply the dance with the not so pretty ones and make them laugh, flirt with them and make the pretty ones jealous to wait for you. I've even left without dancing with some prettier ones and they've fb messaged me upset I didn't dance with them! I was pretty good dancer myself but with what I could do I was always playful so they laughed a lot as I'd make faces when I'd make mistakes etc.

You can play a game if it sits well with you and have a relationship but sometimes you'll be surprised if a womens up for sex then suggesting fb is perfectly ok but you really have to see the signals.

Initially just be a friend we all know where it might lead but just be a normal friend don't go too much out of your way and get in the fz. Always be flirty women love it but take it slowly patience is very important you essentially want the women to want you and then it's easy to seriously do pretty much whatever you want.

Check out the kink bdsm scene, get comfortable with the sex as a talking subject if you see it as taboo of any kind, read interesting books suggested by some pua like 'selfie gene' or 'superior man' but I also found some autobiographies good for confidence building or conversations.

Finally distance yourself from negative people they will eventually get you down it's just the way there brains developed (happiness hypothesis).

Above all else have fun like you were a little boy playing kiss chase and the naughty little girls out there will play special doctors and nurses with you. Just be fun, confident and patient.
