So decided to register on this forum to get some tips and become better socially. For me usually hardest part is approach or finding what to say after hi pretty much.

I'm a tall guy 185 cm and not fat more on the skinnier side. I consider myself good looking guy but I lack the confidence. I'm technically a virgin I've got head from an older chick that I met on a hookup site but was not aroused past a blowjob with her.

At the moment I feel little bit depressed not saying that I hate life or anything but just a bit down. I'm focusing on getting my studies going(getting into University) finding a permanent job so I can get my own apartment, I also want to get back into gym or start doing Muay thai.

I guess from outside persperctive I might appear intimidating orjust in my thoughs daily I admit that. I do not make that much eye contact just a brief one and do not smile that much since I do not feel like it.

One of my problems is that I do not know how to do this alone since kind of have no friends. Was a bit bullied at my school and in upper secondary school I was just studying focusing on getting good grades.

I'm capable of flirting and did that with this one girl on regular while I was studying in Upper secondary school.

This post has been too long already but just want to get better at this. I'm the type of person that if I feel something is wrong or not working I try to fix it and find a solution.

Talking to girls will not kill me or anything I just do not know what is holding me back I guess it is appearing boring or not knowing what to say.
