Hi PUAs
Just joined this thread as I was recommended a book by a friend I'm pretty sure everyone knows it so I won't go into detail. A bit of a background on me I'm 22, recently moved into Hertfordshire. I've just come out of a 4 year relationship and I'm currently attending University in London. I'm obviously new to this and I've realised that throughout the relationship I became comfortable and forgot how to talk to women  So I'm currently in a place where I'm lacking confidence but I'm eager to get out there and try new things. I've realised that I tend to become quite scared and anxious when approaching a women so If anyone has any tips or can point me in the right direction then that'll help loads.
