New to this forum. New to PUA.
I'm 35, live in London and am an I.T. guy..

PUA experience so far = zero.

Guess what? I just finished reading "The Game". Ha ha isn't that how everyone gets into it?

Why am I doing this? I want to meet girls, talk to them, make them laugh, make them feel good, make myself feel good, date, kiss, have sex without paying for it, find my Lisa... and I want to have a laugh too. I'm hoping that the AA will fade and I'll get addicted to talking to strangers.

On a more sadcase level I've been an AFC most of my life. In fact my total failure with women has obsessed me for a long time and made me waste massive chunks of my life.. I've gradually started to really resent and hate women, which believe me isn't helping things. I'd really like to knock that one on the head: I don't want to end up a serial killer. So I suppose a creepy goal of what I want to achieve is to stop resenting women. I think my bitterness towards hos will reduce rapidly once I start pulling a few..

I'm 35. No spring chicken. But just in time to salvage something. Can't wait to get out there.

Welcome mate, you've come to the right place. Now that you've read 'The Game' do yourself a favor and don't take it too literally. Save yourself the time, energy and frustration in trying to adopt similar tactics as employed by those guys. Of the guys in the book the only ones I would really consider are Tyler Durdens 'The Blue-print' (he's actually not the arsehole he's portrayed to be in the book) and Jugglers method.

The rest of it just overly ostentatious bull-shit.

Take it slow don't expect overnight success, there will be times when you think you're going nowhere and you want to give up but don't. Keep on at it and you'll notice a change in every part of your life, you'll meet sexy women and friends for life.

I wouldn't completely dismiss 'the game' as hustler says as you're so new to this and it can be handy to get you out there approaching.
However I highly recommend you check out 'the blueprint' (torrent cough cough) by the "villain" of the game tyler durden. His way is more natural and more like what style had to do to get lisa.

You've realised you need to sort this part of your life out so you're on the way and you're not too late there's 35+ guys here getting 18 year old hotties

Thanks for the warm welcome and encouragement. Mycroft may well take you up on the offer of winging but I want to get my "prep" done first. This is:
-read/watch all the crap i've downloaded (yes incl. The Blueprint)
-attend london Sarge School on 5th March
-lose 10lb
-do a Kamikaze weekend and open 100 women on the streets within 2 days just to get rid of my AA

Then I'm ready!

Yes I see your point about The Game. I was reading it and thought "this shit will get you laughed out of the pub in london mate". I mean can you imagine going up to some girls in a bar here and saying "let me give you the best friends test!"? I think this stuff works way better with american women.

However I think there is a huge amount of good stuff in there. It's a good introduction. It's inspiring. It shows how a nerd reinvented himself. It shows you how to change your attitude and get some self respect.
