Broke up recently with my girlfriend as she wanted more serious relationship and being a late bloomer I want to make most of my mid twenty's.

do mostly online dating(already had a one night stand from pof) as mates no longer go out as all in relationships.started doing solo travelling and could do with some advice where to go and tips etc.

Travelling is cool. In my opinion, everyone should at least experience it once. It depends where you want to go Europe/North America/South America/Asia/South Africa/Oceania/Antarctica (cold, yes but would be a bit odd to leave 1 continent out).

Then the cities, towns and villages that interest you. For example, Barcelona. There's a small Monk villagey area behind the mountainous region near Barcelona that has some of the most amazing views, architecture and history. Also in Barcelona many of the hotels are cast into old medieval architectural grand designs which is an awesome contract of modern 21st century and old medieval architecture. The, to add some variety there is the Magic fountains which is a fantastic display of water and colour that is definitely an amazing spectacle at night.

Then there are other regions of Spain that are just amazing and the people you meet along the way. Awesome.


And that's just Spain. My opinion it's 1 of the best countries in the world. Kowalski might be able to elaborate on Spain even further or you could check out Jefe thread - here

Solo traveling is great. I got back from 7 months solo traveling in april , it was an amazing experience, I'm going again in november this year for 12-18 months this time. Its so much easier than you could imagine.

Of the places i went i would recommend thailand and australia, the people and parties are good there.

Thanks for the reply's guys.sadly because It took me forever to get full time job after a 2 year stint out of full time I'm just doing long weekends/couple weeks at a time but would love to take a couple year out if could afford it.currently looking at going to Scandinavia either inter railing or in breaks.

One other thing hoping you guys can help me out with is going to bars/clubs in London as not really done it as spent most of early twenty's sat in pubs in Croydon and want to venture out into the big bad city lol.

Look into a European 1 month rail pass. It excludes the UK but can travel anywhere in Europe on that pass. It's not that much either, last time I checked it was about £150.
