Age 32, fairly new to these ideas. I'm also interested in self development and I think sharing ideas and experiences may be a better way to learn rather than just reading a book.

You're at the perfect age to be entering into this. reading books can lift you and make you want to act. But how soon we forget what we read. Start a journal and make this an ongoing part of your life.

Take the comments we give with a pinch of salt because we are all learning really. But there is feedback here and you can find and meet with likeminded people. That's something you can't get from a book.
