Hi new to the game and looking to improve my luck with women.
I'm 27 from Gateshead but live in Durham and I'm self employed.
Don't get out too much because my mates are older and have wife's etc, don't meet many young women at work either.
I'm not bad looking, am able to communicate well with women, men, young, old but as soon as I see an attractive woman my mind goes blank.
Need to improve my confidence approaching women too and learn to dance in clubs.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

I used to think the same as you, that the mind going blank is something bad. But, I've come to realize, for me, that when my mind goes completely blank, that is the time when I am really on fire. To think useless thoughts about what to say to the girl, how she reacts, etc.. is a cluttering of the mind, why would you even want to have that? In my opinion, a blank mind is actually a positive, not a negative.

Learn to make things work for you, not against you. Confidence will come over time. Dancing is not needed, do what you want on the dancefloor; if you don't want to dance and instead want to be physical, then do that. The act of dancing, for a girl makes her feel sexy, so to do a more physical approach then say, the girl smoking a cig outside, is more of a stimulant. Plus if you're not dancing, at first she'll be like "why not" then when you're physical with her and she's enjoying it, the earlier dance thought will be irrelevant. The fact that you are doing what you want to do (being physical with her) shows that you have confidence.
