Gentlemen, hello.
Name: Jam
Age: 30

Occupation: Bits and bobs
PUA Experience: None.
Lions or Tigers: Lions. Obviously.
Favourite Colour: Blue.
Ninjas or Pirates: Pirates. Why? Because they just arrrrrr!
Anyway, that's enough of that.
A bit of background, I came out of a long term relationship (8 years-ish) over a year ago and sort of fell into another relationship with someone since. Well, the new relationship is now over and I've started to highlight a bit of a problem; lack of confidence with women (and in large social situations generally).
This is weird because in my late teens and early twenties, I was incredibly confident and outgoing. Although I didn't realise it back then (you never do, do you?), I had a real natural way with the fairer sex. Subsequently I've put this down to 2 key factors; innate confidence and a laissez-faire attitude to rejection (ie, I didn't give the slightest of fucks).
So my problem is, I've been off the market for so long, and through what could arguably be called formative years, that I'm simply unsure of what to do these days.
I'm here primarily to learn how to develop my confidence so I am naturally successful at meeting women in a mutually supportive environment and amongst people who can relate to where I am in life.
Apologies for the slightly lengthy intro!
Cheers,
Jam
