Based in Portsmouth area. Work in retail. At the moment i have zero pua experience but trying to change that.

Have got approach anxiety pretty bad and can't seem to get motivation to do my first cold approach. Looking for either mentor who could help or any newbies that will be willing to learn together.

I don't think AA isn't anything special, it's fear plain and simple.

The only way to deal with it is to confront it (i.e. do the thing it's preventing you from doing) and then you take it's power away (whether the result is what you wanted or not it will never be as bad as what you thought).

If you manage do that on your own it means you don't even need to rely on anyone else.
