Hey Clipper, I've been 'in' about 18 months - I found 'The Natural Art of Seduction' by Richard La Ruina really useful to me and had some good theories on inner-Game. I've seen some workshop footage of his and am less impressed to be honest but the book held a lot of good stuff that got me out there using it and gettign results so definately worth a read.

Yeah, I am in Essex and so I get into London a lot as much more opportunity there to practise! lol

Yeai used to go London alot, i live in greater London, bit it was more raving than anything... not really prime serging schene lol.
There is soo many nice birds in places like Chigwell, dont you ever go there, that would be perfect for serging 10's!?!
