I've returned after a couple of years out. Unfortunately I got a bit arrogant and thought I knew it all until I found myself behaving AFC recently, behaving as I did years ago before discovering this community.

I am shocked at how I have managed to let things slip so rapidly backward. Good see you again gentlemen.

I wont leave, even tho i have a bird, i find im constantly reminded of what not to do by people on here. and i find somtimes when giving advice i realise im not following it myself.

I got in a pretty serious relationship we ended a few weeks ago and I've been having a deep think about what I want in life and found myself here. I did a bad thing by not staying in touch I've learnt some valuable lessons tht I need to share with people. Hope you cool my man.

I found myself coming back here only a couple of days ago after being away for a couple of years, like you I didn't keep in touch with people, I thought I'd got to a point where I knew it all and didnt need this anymore, I had turned my back on some genuinely cool and amazing guys. This is a brotherhood and I am glad I woke up to my ignorance.
